What type of line, firewall, anti spyware, antivirus works well with Ubuntu OS?

First Ubuntu as with most Linux distributions have built in a firewall so you need not worry about that part of it. Then there are only two known viruses for Linux, and you never harmful. So, Basically what I'm saying its pretty safe.
