Does anyone have or know someone with ME / chronic fatigue / post viral syndrome?

ME I have a couple of years and I'm sick. I'm 15 2 weeks and I feel like an older person I am so tired all the time. I really just want me to go. I know there is no cure, but there is something to do or can help accelerate the process? " I improved a lot over the 2 years but I still have to do only one day of social activities at weekends and rest on Sunday. I can not stay in houses that people get too tired cos. I can not allow people after school. I can not go to the gym. I can do game / PE at school. No I do a full week at school. Etc. etc. I want the life of a normal teenager. I am 80. I am also worried that my grades will suffer cos of the time I'm missing out school. I've always been a big success, but I can not keep more cos I'm not in school long enough so I'm not learning as much as I should be. Any suggestions?

I wish I could give the final solution. I can not. However, I can give you some tips that work for me. 3 years ago I got sick of CFS / ME, and last year I learned what it was. Anyway, I'm doing really well for someone with this horrible disease. I still have periods where I fall back, but in general is getting better and better. Half a year ago I could not do anything, now I work 3 days a week and I feel I have most of my life. I think it'sa combination of things. 1) the pace, rhythm, rhythm! Be very mindful of your energy level. Guard of the balance of rest and activities! I agree with one respondent, walking is good for you. But only if it stops at the right time. As soon as you start to feel very tired, or other symptoms, stop. Actually, learning to stop before you feel the warningsigns! Do not push, but at the same time, learning to do everything I can. (and again, stop before you get too tired!) 2) For almost a year I now have acupuncture. Was very time consuming, but I think this is one of the things that really work for me. It also prescribes traditional Chinese medicine for me, and the combination makes a lot of good for me. In the first time I went once a week. Now, once every 3 weeks. I'm doing much better than when I got there! I'm say that he will heal completely but for me it did much good. Also helps me a lot of symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, hormonal imbalances, Ruble stomachaches, headaches. 3) try to focus on the things you can do instead of things you can not. If compare myself to people who are my age, healthy, depresses me. And that has lots of energy, which can not afford. Therefore, I prefer to focus on what you can do. And for someone with me, I can not do much! I'm very positive and identified to be as healthy as can be again. Although the disease may never leave my body, I know I can get my life by 100%. And even if it is for 95%, well, I will do that. So, I'm doing the best for him as much as I can. I can easily be positive energy, however, gives me something. Which is not to say that I'm never angry or sad. Especially when I go Down period, I feel the same frustrations that you are speaking. So I cry, and then try to do my best again. He works for me, what I'm doing better and better. Is also a matter of patience. That is not always so easy, I know. Especially if you is as young as you. I can only hope that if you are patient and take it easy, do not push, you can recover to the point that you can live a normal life, reasonable. And I am sure you can! Take care hun! Oh, before I forget there are websites of people who achieved almost complete recovery. Very inspiring! Look at this, inspired me Big time! Http: / / www.recoveryfromcfs.org/chapter1.htm
