Many of the financial reports also makes money can be displayed in a chart or graph
format. Sometimes the money by default produce a graphical version a report.
However, you can create a graphical version of a report, a letter, in other words —
using graphic buttons, which appears in the lower left corner of any report.
For example, if you've just been a Microsoft Money Where the Money Goes report and look in the lower left corner report, you can see the buttons that resemble charts and graphs. The button that is second from the left can display a bar graph. The button which is third from the left can display a
line chart. The button is the fourth from the left can display a pie chart, and so on.
Produce a chart or graph
You can use these buttons to regenerate a report as a chart. As expected, the button graph to produce the equivalent of a bar chart version of a report. The line chart button produces the line graphic version A report and chart button produces the pie chart version of a report.
NOTE: The left button on the bottom left corner of the window the report is the Report button. Click on it to regenerate the report of money in the traditional format tabular report.
Print a paper copy of letter
You can print the chart shown in the chart of money or the Report window, simply selecting the Print command from the File menu. Money either then displays the Print dialog box report, or Print dialog box. To print the chart, use the dialog to indicate how many copies of the letter you want and what print quality you want the chart occurred. Then click the OK button.
In some cases, the money also allows you to specify whether to print all pages or just certain pages.
After clicking the OK button Money sent a copy of the report to the printer and the
directs the printer to produce the report.
Customizing a chart using the Chart tab
At the top of each letter or report window is a Customize button. Please click the Customize button, Microsoft Money displays the dialog box Customize. Click the Chart tab to make changes to a chart.
The Chart tab offers a series of radio buttons you can use to customize the
appearance of a chart. The view as buttons, for example, we will
must specify whether the information displayed in the window should appear as a report,
a line graph, a pie chart or bar graph. Radio buttons Pie tags, which are
available only to graphics sectors, let you specify whether the money should show percentages
or sums of money along with the slices you create. Below these two sets of option
buttons, shows checkboxes money allowing you to indicate whether to display a
three-dimensional version of the table and whether the money should not include
lines the grid. Table Display Key allows you to select the location of the chart legend.
