A "trust" requires that assets listed on Schedule A, you can just say "all I have?"

I'm using Plus Willmaker Quicken 2007 to make my living trust. I have all my money invested in an account at Smith Barney. I want to cash a number of individuals. Me would like my confidence just say, "and Joe Blow, let X thousands of dollars." But in the Quicken software and book I found that for every gift to a benificiary I listed a separate bank account or a bond to get out, etc. Is it because this is how Trusts will work and if I do otherwise will only for probate. My current trust made by a lawyer only lists in Annex A: 1) my house, and 2) says, and everything else I own. I feel my lawyer has done in this way the hope that it will then go to properties and will make more money. I do this right and hope someone here can shed some "light" in it's honest. That back in "net land" knows what is truth?

Fiduciary duty is governed by the laws of the State which we live you can make bequests in his will, and still have the rest of his assets into trust. If the will and trust are in conflict, which will in succession. And if you do not trust the attorney advising you, get a second opinion.
